Field-UPDATE #7 – November 2024

In November, we had the pleasure of visiting our Fazenda Ipiranga in Brazil – a very special place where our passion for coffee and commitment to quality thrive. It was an intense and inspiring visit, during which we worked closely with our local team to set important directions for the future.

A highlight of our stay was planning the planting of 42,500 new "Mudas" (seedlings), specifically selected for the conditions of our fields. These botanical varieties are perfectly suited to the unique characteristics of our soil and climate. Once again, our longtime partner Jeremias supported us with his expertise, ensuring that we secured the best seedlings for our Fazenda.

Additionally, we have completed the preparations for the next coffee cycle. Together with our team, we not only finalized the planting plans but also delved into the aromas and profiles of the upcoming harvests. This work is essential to maintaining Cosmo Coffee’s high standards and continuing to provide you with coffee of outstanding quality.

The investment in these seedlings and the careful preparation represent a significant step toward sustainably increasing the potential of our Fazenda Ipiranga. We are excited to see how these "Mudas" take root and become an integral part of our future harvests.
