• 3–5 spring-like branches (e.g., pussy willow, forsythia, or birch)
• A glass vase or a ceramic jug
• Blown-out eggs or plastic eggs
• String or gift ribbon
• Optional: Feathers, small wooden bunnies or birds, mini bells, fresh spring flowers

1. Prepare the branches
Trim your branches and place them in a vase with water (if they are fresh). Let them bloom slowly indoors.

2. Decorate the eggs
Paint or dye your eggs. For a typical Swiss look, use soft pastel shades, natural colors, or simple folk patterns.

3. Hang the eggs & decorations
Tie a string to each egg or ornament and carefully hang them on the branches.
You can also add feathers or small decorative elements between the branches – this adds color and lightness.
